How to do: Hand 360 Shove it by Pechi

This is another easy progression to your jumps with nose grab.
1.For beginning get ready for smaller jump.
2.Get comfortable speed and kite high (at 1.) back hand in the middle of the bar. Front hand low ready to grab the board and bend your knees.
3.Pop and grab the board on the nose. While doing that pull little on bar to get lift and move the kite over twelve.
4.When you know where you will be landing, try to throw the board forward, so it spins around horizontally, complete 360 degree rotation before hitting the water.
5.Land on the board, bend knees to suspend landing. if you under or over rotated you shove it, adjust your direction (poing the board downwind) and keep pulling on your back hand to keep the power (loop it;-) and ride away.
Shove it is cool classic move. So go for it!
