Reflection with Aaron Hadlow
Every living person in our world has to find the time to pause and look at its reflection in order to continue with the right way.
For professional kiteboarder Aaron Hadlow this time happened during his stay with ProKite Alby Rondina in Sicily, where he could not only enjoy the sole passion from kitesurfing, but literally see his reflection in mirror glassed water in the lagoon.
Enjoy this short kitesurfing movie, that reflects his mastery on the water.

Paros - A journey in heaven
This is about Paros a well known cyclades island in Greece. We always go to this spot each year during one month.
This year we tried to show the magic of this place with the drone; i just bought few month ago.
The film take place in the spot called "pounda". Even if it has been 8 years that We go to the same place every summer Paros still feel like paradise for kiting. I think this is the Best place to learn kitesurfing.

Kai Concepts K2
Don Montague and his crew have been out in the Kite Boat again, cruising, or should we say blasting around San Francisco Bay and even under the Golden Gate Bridge!
There is an interesting shot of the gearing in this edit which they use to launch the kite from the boat, let’s just say it looks intense!

Hadlow in Sands of Time
It has been a strange few seasons on the kiteboarding competitive world tour, with events being cancelled and an air of uncertainty cast over what has been a stable contest scene for many years. It will no-doubt sort itself out over time, however despite these speed bumps caused by external forces, one this that will never stop is progression!
Aaron Hadlow taking some time to reflect at the end of the 2015 season and putting all his energy into maintaining his level, pushing the limits of what is possible and shedding the famous lagoons of Brazil. Shot in a ten day window, its always great to see what can be achieved! Hadlow in the sands of time #freerideproject style...

MARCs Wave Expedition - PerĂ¹ revisited..
See what Marc came across on his recent expedition to Peru, fourteen years after his first trip to the land of endless lefts.
Back then in the early years of the sport he helped to initiate the exploration of peruvian waves for kitesurfing, it now was with great anticipation that Marc went to rediscover its wave breaks that have understandably become quite popular in the meantime.

Jumping from 909 meters cliff with a kite
Simply put, watch it!
Gokova Murphy Cliff Project
Location: Gokova, Turkey Date: Sept. 14, 2014
Idea: Marek “Murphy” Zach
Wind: 8-10 kns, thermal & onshore.
Kite: inflated kite, Ozone C4, 14m
Preparation:
- huge experience
- hundreds of sililar jumps on snowkite
- consulting with local paragliders
- careful site inspection (mountain, city, beach)
- weather and winds forecast monitoring
- sleep, proper nutrition, relaxation and punk style meditation
We tend to travel a lot together, Murphy and I, and we both like to check out new places and kite new spots. Gokova’s been on our “to do” list for a long time now and when we got the chance to visit it with Jovi Travel we were really anxious to check out the spot and conditions there, especially since we’ve heard a lot about it before from our friends.
The spot itself is kinda like the famed Gorge but without all the civilization surrounding it. A large bay surrounded by high hills on both sides. There is a nearby river which connects to the spot and little town nearby but that’s about it. The surrounding hills provide a nice venturi effect with light, steady winds which, combined with the thermal winds, which start to kick in around noon, tend to get stronger during the day.
Naturally, as soon as Murphy got down to the spot he started looking at the hills. Being the seasoned snowkiter that he is, sights like that only make his mind drift towards new “cliff projects”. In his case it’s usually a spur of the moment thing, but this time we accidently bumped into some local paragliders who gave us the ins and outs of the spot. So after checking out the possible places for take off and landing we decided to double check the gear, grab something to eat, get a good night’s sleep and prepare for the following day.
On the day of the jump we decided to wait a bit till the wind got a bit stronger; I kitted Murphy out with my GoPro; he took his kitetracker, rigged up the 14m Ozone C4 and we headed towards the highest of the local cliffs. It was a bit tricky to set up at first on the, rocky, bushy, steep hillside but with some help from the curious locals we soon got everything ready. Without unnecessary goodbye talks Murph jumped of the cliff and was soon gliding steadily towards the spot’s beach. The whole “flight” took him a little under 9 minutes and, as we learned from the kitetracker, it was a descent of 909 meters. His jump caused quite a commotion at the local kite station and on his landing a small crew of our friends and locals welcomed him.
All in all everything went very smooth thanks to the steady winds and Murphy’s know how. It was the first time I was a part of his famed “cliff projects” but for me it was definitely one for the books… And as we’re getting to books, we’ll see what Mr Guiness has to say about this SLE kite jump.

Nick Jacobsen stars in this quirky kiteboarding short. Born in Denmark and groomed for kiting in South Africa he stays true to his crazy roots in this 13 minute film that takes you on an adventure of epic proportions.
On his journey to the moon he must survive meteors and surf like a dolphin. With super human power he flies like a bird and walks sideways on walls. How cool is that?

Freeride Project 3
Here the third series of Freeride Project produced and conceived by Tom Court. Cool clips with the world's best riders.
I leave you directly in the words of Tom, have fun!
"As our schedules get more and more hectic as the years go on, it has become harder and harder to link up as a crew and get these projects together...
This movie documents my years as a rider, who I linked up with along the way and the destinations that the majority of the kiteboarding industry goes to throughout the year. With a few extra stops thrown in. Kiting from Cape Town in South Africa, to the blue waters of the Caribbean and then onto the infamous Triple-S competition in the USA, followed by a new island discovery on Wakatobi Dive resort in Indonesia and finally finishing off in the lagoons of Brazil before flying back home to the UK for a nice cuppa tea to round off the year....
Film making is my passion and presenting Kiteboarding as it's meant to be seen has been my goal throughout my career. Getting creative, using the freedom and exploring the world is all part of that! The #freerideproject concept lives on!"

Ian Alldredge: Dreams of the Driven
Ian Alldredge is at the forefront of riding waves with kite and surfboard. He's fast, powerful, technical, innovative and does it all with amazing style.
But there's a lot more to Ian than what he does in the water.
He was raised quite differently to the 'normal' person and his story is not only compelling, but inspiring on many levels.
A true testament to who he is and what he's about. Ian really has created the life he wants.

The Great Journey
Never has the sentence "IT'S NOT THE DESTINATION BUT THE JOURNEY" had so much meaning for us before.
It seems cliche to say that but that's really how it is... It was not only a kitesurf/SUP trip, it was a real adventure along the way. What you see in the video is what we lived for 3 weeks. Probably the hardest trip we've done so far. The excess of weight was a real handicap during all the trip, specially during the desert part, not to say that non of us are professional motorbike pilots (Nuria learnt to ride a motorbike 10 days prior to departure). No external assistance, only the 3 of us.
The average time packing every morning was about 1'5h (kiteboarding gear, an inflatable stand up paddle, several cameras, camping gear... ). More than 400GB of images captured, 5.000Km ridden and lots of memories and emotions that we tried to summarize in a bit less than 4 minutes.
Enjoy the ride, for us "the great journey".
